Made-to-Order Returns

All Made-to-Order items are non-returnable unless faulty, as they are bespoke pieces made for individual clients. As such, please ensure the ring size ordered is exact. I do, however, try to assist in anyway possible, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch and I will do my best to help resolve any sizing issues.

In-Stock Returns

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging.

To initiate a return of In-Stock items, please notify us at info@ringoftherealm.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must then be made within 14 days of notification.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (unless the item was found to be faulty), and items must be returned via tracked/registered and fully insured mail.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Where possible, and according to stock availability, the Customer may request an exchange. Please notify us of this when you email us to initiate the return process and we will either accommodate your request, or offer an alternative. Oftentimes, exchanges will be processed as a return, and this will be confirmed upon receipt of return request email.
